Herlecia Stevens is the Managing Director and has crafted and deployed many continuous improvement solutions for her clients. She brings strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem solving. Herlecia aligns tactical actions to the long term objectives of her clients, bringing strategy to life. She believes that when people do things intentionally, with drive and with passion, then success is possible.

Claudia Finnigan is a co-founder of Pisa Consulting, and has been delivering continuous improvement solutions since 1998. Her portfolio of multi-sector experience is underpinned with a dynamic approach and a passion to succeed. She drives for business results and provides insightful views on problem solving and systems thinking. These competencies make her a highly valued collaborator with her clients.

Paul Finnigan is a co-founder of Pisa Consulting, and has been a Coach since the early 1990’s. He has created and deployed hundreds solutions for clients across more than twenty-five countries. With his strong interpersonal skills he brings a relentless pursuit of excellence when engaged with a client. Paul's insightful questioning brings effective solutions to often complex business problems. Paul is the author of the book The Art of Coaching: How to be a Successful Life Coach.
